Dutch man that moved to Chicago 7 years ago. Born and raised with the dutch cycling culture. After spending some in the US just cycling I did an OLY 3 years ago, followed by a 70.3 the next year and finally IMMT. I love the entire long distance Tri culture. Love the training and healthy lifestyle. Besides racing IM's I work for a large consulting firm, while a large part of our focus is working as much as we can. i am trying to implement a work style that is work hard and workout hard. I feel working out is the best stress relief ever. So far I have been taking my teams out for workouts during busy days, and have gained a lot of appreciation for the fact that I can combine the 2. While combining it the combination of workout ant nutrition is key, Infinit is the key source for me during a busy lifestyle between work and workouts to get all the key ingredients in. Especially in the morning if I workout and didnt had breakfast, I can workout with a bottle of infinit. Or at night if I workout almost over dinner, this can keep me going. During my last IM i did the entire bike on Infinit only and it worked amazing.
