I started running in 2016 as a method of weight loss. I was tired of being nearly middle aged and tired. I started in 5k, and as I got stronger, I wanted to push my distance. My first half marathon was November of 2016, my first marathon in April 2018 (Garmin Marathon), and then the New York City Marathon.
Running is my favorite thing, but I enjoy triathlons as well.
