I'm a stay at home mom of four boys! I love triathlon and have been participating in the sport over the last 13 years. As time has gone on, I have begun doing more each year and at longer distances. I've got one Ironman 70.3 under my belt, and hope to have a few more happening this year. Triathlon is my "me" time!
