I am an avid triathlete/cyclist that likes to compete with my friends and family. I have been doing triathlons for over 15 years. I am 51 and like to also mountain bike and do trail runs. I am the father of 3 girls, 2 i college and 1 married. In August 2019 I had a bike crash where I broke a collarbone that required surgery and tore the meniscus. It has been a long road back and I now have 2 70.3s and a full ironman on the schedule for 2021.
