Hey Guys, just to give a bit of background, I'm a newly dedicated triathlete looking to improve in not only my times, but my connections in and around the sport. The past two years have been my first full dedicated years to the sport and I'm transitioning from the road marathon and trail ultra background. Just this year I've completed 7 races (1 HIM, 2 Olympic, 2 marathons, 1 25k trail, and 1 half marathon) with my first 140.6 in Cozumel in November. While I'm competitive on the course, the joy of participating in these events is not lost on me. In 2012, I underwent a serious neck surgery on my C2-4 vertebrae and while the result was extremely successful, my surgeon warned I'd have to give up athletic activities. I've not only worked through those odds, I'm stronger, healthier, faster, and most importantly, more thankful than ever. At that age I thought I was invincible, but thats when I drew on the support of family and friends. That brings me to the Infinit team. The support from community in a largely individual sport is the critical to surviving the grueling hours. I hope to be able to be a part of the team spreading this camaraderie for the 2018 season.
